Bahan Kulit:

1. Campur bahan-bahan kulit dengan menggunakan mixer, kecuali susu cair. Jika sudah cukup mengembang, tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit. Campur sampai rata. Sisihkan, campur dengan pewarna hijau.
2. Setelah itu, panaskan wajan anti lengket (Teflon)yang sudah diolesi dengan mentega atau minyak sayur. Tuangkan 1 ½  sendok sayur adonan, ratakan sesuai ukuran wajan (Teflon). Ulangi sampai adonan habis.
3. Isi: Campur krim kental dengan daging durian dan gula bubuk sampai rata. Angkat, diinginkan.
4. Kemudian, ambil satu lembar kulit, beri 2 sdm dari adonan isi di tengah-tengah. Lipat-lipat bagian pinggir, dan gulung seperti membuat dadar gulung. Lakukan satu per satu sampai kulit pancake habis.
5. Terakhir, masukkan ke dalam freezer supaya tahan lama. Selamat menikmati :)
